John > I am taking suggestions for names...

Archie and Edith?

Homer and Marge?

I was thinking Annika and Tiger...since they are on a golf course.

Steve Sterman has other ideas, see below:) Although their physiques look more like Big Papi.

John > Vlad Guerro is out by quite a lot in this attempted steal of second base. Jorge Posada, the Yankee catcher, gunned him down.

John > Fireworks, July 4 2006 Nomahegan Park, Cranford NJ. Shooting fireworks is easy, put the camera on a tripod and use a slow shutter speed. This and all the rest of this series, was shot with a Nikon D70 and a Nikkor f2.8 180 mm lens, 1/20th of a second, f4, at iso of 400.

John > I scanned this on a Nikon Coolscan V. The original is on Kodachrome 64, shot with a Konica T3 and a 50mm f1.7. I didn't do amything but crop the original. I guess Paul Simon was on to somthing when he sang "Kodachrome." This might have been the most incredible light I ever worked with.

John > The boy can sing.
John > Not only is the original underexposed, but this is from pretty far away. The hawk was finishing off some critter it had caught. I didn;t know how safe it was to get near it.
John > Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, Echo Lake Park, Westfield NJ, Sept 2004. That's John Lyons and Bobby Bandiera on guitar.

Attn Southside Johnny, I would be glad to shoot more:)
